The answer to the question, "Which is better for me, green, white,
oolong, black?" is this: All tea has health benefits! If you're sensitive to
caffeine, consider making green or white tea for their lower caffeine content; second and
third infusions of the same leaf (great with Oolongs & Pu'erhs) have virtually no caffeine.
Rooibos & Honeybush, considered herbals, have NO caffeine and lots of health benefits.
Remember: Caffeine is NATURAL: if your body is ok with it, the health benefits of tea
out-weigh caffeine content. Whites are HIGH in anti-oxidants, Oolongs are wonderful for
metabolism (as all teas are) and digestion. Blacks are wonderful aids for viruses and
infections and carry many of the same benefits as green tea...
